If you had a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) last year, you have until September 30, 2025, to submit expenses against your FSA account(s) as long as those expenses were incurred during the plan year (July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025).

Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alaska and Alaska Regional Hospital (ARH) are currently engaged in contract negotiations for a new provider agreement. If a new contract is not finalized, Alaska Regional Hospital will move to out-of-network status for Premera members starting October 1, 2026.
