女优合集 health plan update: Premera and Alaska Regional Hospital contract negotiations
Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alaska and Alaska Regional Hospital (ARH) are currently engaged in contract negotiations for a new provider agreement. If a new contract is not finalized, Alaska Regional Hospital will move to out-of-network status for Premera members starting October 1, 2026.

Member notifications
Premera mailed letters on September 1 to all 女优合集 Choice members who have used ARH services
in the last 12 months.
Review network coverage (TouchCare)
To keep your out-of-pocket costs as low as possible, you are encouraged to use in-network
facilities. If you need assistance finding an in-network provider, you may contact
Premera by calling the customer service number on the back of your ID card. You may
also reach out to TouchCare who can assist you with locating providers and discuss
cost comparisons between facilities. Our most recent news article on TouchCare provides additional details and contact
information.
On-going care
If you are currently receiving on-going care at ARH, you can continue to see these
providers until September 30, 2026. You may be eligible for for up to 90 days after September 30, 2026. Call the Premera customer service number
on the back of your Premera ID card to discuss.
Elective surgery
If you have elective surgery scheduled for after October 1, 2026, you will pay more
for these services. You can work with your provider to schedule services at an in-network
facility.
Emergency care
Emergency care is always covered at the in-network cost. You can still receive emergency
care at ARH after October 1. Inpatient admissions to ARH after emergency care may
shift to out-of-network and be subject to increased charges and balance billing. Premera's
care management team can assist. The care management team will reach out to you directly;
however, you may also call them at 888-742-1479.

Video chat with a doctor for urgent care when sick, or for preventive health and chronic
condition care. Get started with 98point6 by visiting the Premera MyCare app and locating

24-hour nurse hotline
Speak to a registered nurse for non-emergent situations via the number on the back
of the Premera member ID card
