Premera Health Hub
Premera Health Hub
The Premera Health Hub will be available at no cost to members beginning July 1, 2026.
The Health Hub puts health at your fingertips by matching your health goals to proven
on-line programs. Programs come with the tools you need to be successful, like connected
devices, premium apps, and expert advice. The Health Hub will include:
What is the digestive health program
The digestive health program helps qualified participants get to the root cause of
digestive issues, identify triggers, and gain symptom control. You need to qualify
for the program by taking a quick health quiz.
What is included in this program?
Most programs include:
- Access to experts in digestive care. This will vary by program but may include nurse
practitioners,
physician assistants, registered dietitians, health coaches, and gastroenterologists. Access will
either be virtual visits online or via chat in the apps. - Premium apps to track and learn more about symptoms. You will also access your care
team
through the apps. - Diagnostic tests as needed. Some may be samples mailed from home or require lab visits.
What is the women's health program?
The women's health program offers programs across a range of health concerns specific
to women. The programs are designed to address the following concerns:
- Heavy periods
- Cramps and pelvic pain
- Bladder control
- Infant feeding including support from lactation and pediatric experts
- Perimenopause and menopause support
- And more
What is included in this program?
Most programs include:
- Personal coaching from a health expert
- An app for online and on-demand access
- Education about your health concern
- Other tools to help manage your concern
What is the mental health program?
The stress and sleep management program helps qualified participants support their
mental wellbeing with apps for mindfulness, meditation or coaching. You need to qualify
for the program by answering a few questions. You will be matched to a program based
on your needs and preferences.
What is included in this program?
Most programs support:
- Reduced stress and improved sleep with meditation and mindfulness tools
- Management of life's changes with behavioral health coaching, therapy, and self-care
resources - Decreased stress and burnout with live and on-demand mindfulness programs
What is the physical therapy program?
The fitness and physical therapy program helps qualified participants stay active,
increase strength, and improve flexibility so that they can avoid or have less muscle
or joint pain. You need to qualify for the program with a quick health quiz. If you
qualify, you will be matched to a program based on your needs and preferences.
What is included in this program?
Most programs include:
- Online fitness app with thousands of workouts customized to your goals and certified
personal trainers available for questions - Online physical therapy including meeting virtually with a physical therapist to get a customized exercise plan
What is the smoking/tobacco cessation program?
The tobacco cessation program helps qualified participants quit tobacco for good.
Whether it鈥檚
cigarettes, vaping, or chewing tobacco, these programs can help you plan and succeed
at quitting. You need to qualify for the program by answering a few questions. If
you qualify, you will be matched to a program based on your needs and preferences.
What is included in this program?
Most programs include:
- A personalized quit plan based on how and when you want to quit
- Scientifically backed strategies for dealing with cravings
- On-demand support and community interaction
- Quit medication, including nicotine patches, gum,and lozenges, delivered to your home
What is the weight management without clinical support program?
The weight management program helps qualified participants make healthy changes in
diet and
activity to promote weight loss. You need to qualify for the program by taking a quick
health quiz. If you qualify, you will be matched to a program based on your needs
and preferences.
What is included in this program?
Most programs include:
- In-person or online educational sessions about health, fitness, and diet
- Lifestyle health coach to help set goals and keep participants on track
- Small group for support and encouragement
- Helpful tools, like wireless scales and fitness trackers
Enhanced Case Management (Wellframe)
Enhanced Case Management (Wellframe)
Enhanced Case Management will be available at no cost to members starting July 1, 2026.
Enhanced Case Management is a mobile health program includes tips for navigating the healthcare system, resources for mental health support, and useful health management tools, such as:
- Medication management
- Pain management
- Physical activity tracker
- Nutrition guidance
- And more!
Thyme Care Cancer Support
Thyme Care Cancer Support
Thyme Care Cancer Support will be available at no cost to members dealing with a cancer diagnosis starting July 1, 2026.
When a member is faced with a cancer diagnosis, the path forward can be daunting. To support our members in navigating the healthcare system, accessing care, and improving outcomes, Premera has added Cancer Support in partnership with Thyme Care. Thyme Care is there to help members with:
- Support for all cancer types
- Support for both those who received a cancer diagnosis along with their caregivers
- Talk to experts 24/7
Omada (virtual physical therapy)
Omada (virtual physical therapy)
Omada will sunset on June 30, 2026. Review the Premera Health Hub for virtual physical therapy starting July 1, 2026.
There is a new point earning opportunity beginning July 1, 2026 - setting your yearly intentions. This point earning opportunity will be available each year. For more information, review our wellness webpage.
FY27 Reminder (stared July 1, 2026)
In order to qualify for the rebate, all points must be earned and recorded in the
Personify Health portal between July 1, 2026 and June 30, 2027. If eligible, the rebate
will pay out in the fall of 2027.
FY26 Reminder (ended June 30, 2026)
More information on the rebate will be sent out in October. In order to qualify, all
points must have been earned and recorded in the Personify Health portal on or before
June 30, 2026. There are other qualifications that must be met. To understand all
rebate qualifications, please review the wellness webpage.
If you made changes during Open Enrollment including updating your plan(s) or covered dependent(s) these changes are effective July 1, 2026.
Employees transitioning between two different plans in FY26 and FY27 should continue to use their current card/member ID until they receive their new card(s) in the mail. Any appointments on or after July 1 will be processed in accordance with your new plan.
As a reminder - VSP does not mail cards. Employees and their dependents should use the 女优合集 ID with a leading zero at the point of service (i.e. 031245678).
New cards will be mailed out from Premera the week of July 7.

Flexible Spending Account / Health Savings Account updates*
*Funds in any of these accounts cannot be used for financially interdependent partners (FIPs) or FIP children. Reach out to ua-benefits@alaska.edu if you are unsure.
If you enrolled in a health care FSA, limited purpose FSA, or dependent care FSA, these accounts are available as of July 1. Coverage will automatically stop on June 30, 2027. To continue beyond June 30, 2027, you must re-enroll during Open Enrollment in April 2027.
Immediate availability - health care and limited purpose FSA only
If you enrolled in the health care or limited purpose FSA, these funds are available
in full at the start of the plan year. You do not need to have contributed the full
election amount in order to access your full election amount. If you elected $1,000
for FY27, you have access to the full $1,000 as of July 1.
Available only as deposited - dependent care FSA
If you are enrolled in the dependent care FSA, these funds are only available as they
are deposited. These accounts work like a bank account and do not operate in the same
way as the health care and limited purpose FSA.
Debit cards - health care and limited purpose FSA only
If you are new to the health care or limited purpose FSA plan as of FY27, you will
receive a debit card in the mail automatically. The dependent care FSA is exclusively
a reimbursement program and does not have an associated debit card.
Reminder: Use-it-or-lose-it
All FSA funds must be used between now and June 30, 2027, as long as you remain an
eligible employee. If you separate from employment, you have until the end of the
pay period in which you separate to use funds from these accounts as long as the service
was rendered on or before your last day of employment.
If you enrolled in or updated your biweekly/annual goal contributions to your HSA, these changes are reflected as of July 1. As a reminder, you can start, stop, or change your HSA at any time during the year for any reason, as long as you otherwise remain eligible.
Welcome packet and debit card
If you are new to an HSA, you will receive a welcome packet in the mail. This must
be completed in order for your account to be open and for deposits to be made. If
this step is not completed, your account will automatically close and funds will be
returned to you until such time that you complete the verification. This is an IRS
requirement for these types of accounts. If you have not received a packet, or need
additional assistance, please contact Bank of America directly at 1-800-992-3200.
