Kerynn Fisher appointed executive officer for Å®Óźϼ¯ Board of Regents

Cheryl currently serves as the director of Å®Óźϼ¯A's Kenai Peninsula College (KPC). She has excellent leadership experience, understands and clearly articulates Å®Óźϼ¯A's dual-mission, and has led enrollment growth at KPC. Cheryl will work alongside Chancellor Parnell during his transition and will begin as Interim Chancellor on May 17.

Å®Óźϼ¯S Honors Sioux Douglas of Juneau with Meritorious Service Award

Ms. Douglas has tirelessly advocated for the needs of seniors and people with disabilities in Southeast Alaska. The award will be given at the 2025 Juneau Campus commencement ceremony, taking place at 2:00 pm on Sunday, May 4 in the Å®Óźϼ¯S Recreation Center.
