Personal Holiday and Annual Leave Forfeiture Reminder

For employees who qualify for a Personal Holiday, it must be taken by June 18. Additionally, any unused annual leave in excess of 240 hours will be forfeited after June 30.

As we bid a fond farewell to Spoke, effective July 1, 2022 HR employees and customers will have a streamlined interface (Enterprise Service management or ESM) for submitting requests via Å®Óźϼ¯ HR's website.

Wellness program deadline June 30

The Å®Óźϼ¯ Wellness Program ends June 30 of this year. Each participant of the University of Alaska Wellness Program must earn a total of 7 activity points and complete the online health risk assessment and a biometric screening by June 30 to be eligible for the $600 wellness rebate.
