Å®Óźϼ¯ HR Announces FY27 Compensation Increases
As we are now in the new fiscal year, Å®Óźϼ¯ HR would like to ensure you have clear and accurate information regarding the FY27 salary increase process if applicable.
Please review the calendar of events below for key dates affecting both FY26 and FY27.

What is the approved FY27 compensation increase for eligible employees?
The approved 3% increase will be applied to eligible non-represented employees. This increase will be implemented as a 3-step increase for most employees. If an employee is at step 53 or above, the 3% increase will be applied to the base salary (see step zero details below).
When and where can I view my new FY27 salary?
The effective date of the FY27 increase is the start of the R16 pay period: July 12, 2026.
Beginning August 2, you may view your updated FY27 base salary by logging into .
Navigate to: Employee Profile → Employee Dashboard → Job Summary → Job Information.
After selecting your current position, you will see the updated step associated with your role.
When will it impact my pay?
These adjustments will be reflected in the first full pay period in July (R16) paycheck issued on August 7, 2026.
Why is my FY27 3% increase not exactly 3%?
The staff salary tables are built on hourly rates within the step grid. Steps are closely aligned to a 1% increase but not exact.
What if I am at a step 0 or 53 and higher? How is my 3% increase applied?
Those at step 53 or above will be moved to step 0, which is used when an employee’s salary falls outside of the current salary grid. The 3% increases are calculated based on the hourly rate and rounded to the nearest cent.
