In this guide, individuals will gain an understanding of the important role committee members play in identifying and selecting qualified candidates, as well as the importance of maintaining a fair and objective search process.

The Search Committee Self-Guided Learning Resource is not required; however, individuals serving on a search committee are strongly encouraged to review it. Completion is not being tracked by Å®Óźϼ¯ HR. If completion is required for your committee, the department or hiring authority must track it internally.
