Financially Interdependent Partners (FIPs) and health care
Are you planning to add a Financially Interdependent Partner (FIP) due to a qualifying life event or during open enrollment?
To include a FIP in your benefits, you鈥檒l need to submit a Statement of Financial Interdependence form which requires notarization. Please note that health care deductions for FIPs are post-tax. Below are helpful links and documents with more information about FIPs.
